GENERAL
Yes, we take orders from anywhere in the world. However, shipping costs do apply when purchasing products, which will be added at checkout. We do run discounts & promotions throughout the year, so keep an eye out for exclusive deals!
With regards to our services, each task has an allocated time, which are further explained in relevant FAQ pages.
In terms of products, delivery time depends on where you are located. Orders processed in the UK will take from 2 to 7 business days to arrive unless you want next day delivery for which there may be a small charge.
Overseas deliveries (outside UK) can take anywhere from 7-16 working days.
Delivery period excludes weekends and bank holidays.
Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Once a purchase has been made, we shall send you confirmation of your order including tracking details for your parcel.
Regarding services, you will receive confirmation as well as updates regarding the process until the task has been completed. Certain services come with a proof and certification of assurance but cannot be tracked live.
Although we ensure that tremendous effort is taken into packaging items well, on the rare occasion accidents can happen during shipping. Rest assured, we will send out a replacement parcel immediately. Please make sure to take clear pictures of all products in the condition they arrived, within 24hours of receiving the delivery and email them to: info@shareefain.com
Alternatively, if preferred, we will happily process a refund for your purchase.
With regards to services, please contact us via our Contact Us page if you wish to alter or cancel an order.
However, all product orders, via the shopping section, are final after they have been processed through checkout. Unfortunately, no changes can be made to your order once processed, including removing and/or adding items to your order, combining orders or cancelling your order.
Therefore, please make sure all details on your order are correct before confirming checkout. We advise double-checking your details have been inputted correctly and the acceptance, and accuracy, of any applied promotional codes.
We aim to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied with our products, but if you do wish to return an order, we are happy to oblige.
We have a 7-day return/exchange policy on all items.
Returns will only be accepted if the product has been unopened and is in its original packaging. A full refund will be allocated to the customer once we have received the returned items.

It is the responsibility of the customer to cover the delivery cost of the item/s if they decide they wish to return.
However, if the item is being returned due to it being faulty and/or damaged, we will happily cover the delivery cost.

QURBANI
The meat is distributed equally to the vulnerable in Haramain.
Shareefain selects beneficiaries of the Qurbani programme through an essential’s assessment carried out by the team on the field. Those who will receive Qurbani are:
- Orphans
- People on low income
- Female-Headed/Single Parent Households
- Members of the community who are vulnerable
- The disabled
- Internally displaced people
We recommend you make your payment for Qurbani as soon as possible. Payments for Eid Qurbani can be made right up until the morning of the third of Dhul Hijjah (the third day of Eid). Payment for any other sacrifice, such as Aqeeqah for a newborn; Sadqah Qurbani; or Fidyah and Kaffarah, can be made any time of the year.
Shareefain works alongside its partners to fulfil the Qurbanis. The slaughtering process is performed in Makkah. Butchers, Islamic experts and assistance helpers work beside veterinaries to guarantee that the animals comply with all the Sharia and health conditions.
These are done in closed slaughterhouses, which operate under a proxy system whereby individuals pre-order and the organisation performs the ritual on their behalf.
Upon purchase and confirmation of receipt, you are considered to have delegated the performance of the ritual to Shareefain, and thus discharged of your obligation. After booking, a message will be sent confirming execution of the order.
Eid-Ul-Adha Qurbani is performed during Hajj season. All other Qurbani rituals are performed either monthly or on a by-request basis.
FIDYAH and KAFARAH
Fidyah is payable by people who cannot fast in Ramadan and have a valid reason for not doing so (for instance, due to serious illness or old age.)
Fidyah involves paying to provide for another’s daily sustenance as compensation for every fast that you have missed.
Kaffarah is compensation that should be given if you deliberately miss or break a fast in the month of Ramadan, without a valid reason. According to Islamic guidelines, if a person misses or breaks a day of fasting unnecessarily, he or she should either fast 60 days consecutively or feed 60 people.
The money is distributed and spent on the less fortunate of Haramain.
Fidyah or Kaffarah can be paid anytime of the year. A person may pay towards previously missed years too.

DISTRIBUTE DATES
The dates vary depending on the season some of these are as follows: Sukkari, Amber, Medjoul and Ajwa dates. Ajwa dates specifically are known as the ‘King of All Dates’ and carefully chosen due to their health benefits.
Dates will be distributed within 2 days of the request. Shareefain has experienced personnel to find and distribute the best of dates to ensure clients are happy on both ends.
With dates that are gifted to families, Shareefain provides picture proof of the dates upon hand over. On the other hand, with dates distributed to the people in Haramain, although proof of receipt is provided, it is understandably difficult to provide proof of every order executed. FEED THE PILGRIMS A COOKED MEAL
Shareefain tries to target the many pilgrims that travel from third-world countries who limit themselves to 1 meal a day to save on expenses and/or do not have the luxury to spend on sufficient food. However, feeding a pilgrim is highly rewarding regardless of their financial status.

Hajj & Umrah Badal
The individual appointed to perform the act must have already completed his/her own obligatory Hajj prior. That is why, Shareefain will assign experienced & qualified learners of knowledge, from the University of Madinah or University of Makkah, to perform the ritual on your behalf.
Shareefain in most cases provides picture or video proof of the person that performs the Hajj/Umrah Badal, holding a sign with the name of your treasured one. For further assurance, if the requestee wishes to be kept up to date through every step of the Hajj and Umrah, Shareefain is happy to accommodate to the best of our ability- please contact us for any queries regarding this. After the completion of Hajj, a certificate is also issued as written assurance. This is typically provided within 3 to 4 weeks of the conclusion of Hajj or Umrah.

Yes, the expense of the sacrifice is included.

Yes. Please contact us should you wish to donate a dedicated gift to the individual performing Hajj/Umrah. This is, of course, completely optional.
Shareefain goes through tremendous effort to be as transparent and provide as many assurances as possible in order to prove the act/ritual has been performed.

GIVE A QURAN
No, there is no limit. The more Qurans that are provided from your behalf the higher the chance that pilgrims will read from them, and the more reward you will get.
Although there is an option in choosing which masjid (Makkah or Madinah) you would like to place the Quran, the dedicated location at which the Quran rests may change. With worshippers reading and moving them inevitably.
Most definitely. However, you do not need to provide this information, as the personal intention of the customer is what matters most. However, purchases can be made in their name, should you so wish.
FEED THE FASTING PILGRIMS
With thousands of people breaking their fasts at any given specific time, it is difficult to let the person know whom the food was provided by. However, we will regularly update our social media with pictures and videos of food being provided for breaking fasts as a direct result of your kind contribution, so you may see the effect and appreciation of your kind acts.
